5 Ways To Get The Best Use Out Of Your Home Treadmill

The # 1 fear of people investing in a home printing press (any gym equipment) they will not use.You know the story. It is delivered, you set it up and enjoy it for a few days… then sit… and wait.

Within a few months down the road, you realize how dusty it is and how much space it takes. And you remember how much weight you are willing to lose by using it faithfully every day. But now, unfortunately, it has doubled as a clothing store.

Do not be afraid. This article will help you to make sure that this does not happen.

The treadmill provides excellent exercise for the heart and is still the first exercise machine for those who want to lose weight. So it is an investment in your life that will pay off a huge profit ... when you are ready to make a big profit out of it!

Here are 5 easy ways to get the most out of your home treadmill:

# 1) Do your research first

Make sure you look at what each treadmill offers you and compare it to your different needs.

For example, if you live in a condo and / or like clean and tidy things, a folding treadmill might be right for you. If you are looking for treadmill rolling, do you prefer treadmill roll (like most treadmill rolls) or do you want a treadmill with wheels that move easily?

If you like to drink water while exercising, make sure there is a water bottle holder fitted to the treadmill console (it may surprise you how many treadmills do not have this feature.)

Are you easily bored and need a challenge? What about getting a treadmill with multiple user programs or one that is compatible with iFit?

These items may seem small and inexpensive; but if it means you will really enjoy your workout it will be worth it!

# 2) Put the treadmill in a 'fun' place.

By ‘happy’ I mean good lighting, openness and movement. Do not place the counter against an empty wall when walking or running. I have tried this and exercise does not last long! If you are bored, put it on the TV or in a window where you can see the spectacle while you are working.

Rooms and spaces ‘have a certain feeling’ and that will affect the success of your operation. Make sure your treadmill is placed in a place that makes you feel strong, happy and refreshed mentally.

# 3) Prepare your arsenal before the treadmill arrives.

Do you like listening to fast music when you exercise? Do you like watching your favorite movies? What about reading magazines? What motivates you to work and to feel better?

Prepare these items even before your treadmill arrives and you will be a third of the way there. Have many games or CDs of your choice. Find your favorite movies or programs on tape. Collect your favorite magazines.

By having a 'exercise' stash next to your treadmill, you will be motivated to exercise AND you will not be caught running looking for something to do if you want to start exercising.

Again, this may seem simple, but it works. Why do you think gyms have magazines, televisions and CD players?

# 4) Make an exercise plan.

Before you start working out, try making a plan, “the road to your strong body” to talk. By writing down how much time you will spend and what kind of exercise for weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 etc., you will find the mind successful.

Remember that every time you exercise you are planting the seeds of your dream body.

With the program, you can see how many seeds you have planted (even how long it will take you to start reaping the rewards!) Have fun with it and you will be motivated to achieve your health goals (and gain more from your treadmill!)

# 5) Keep track of your progress

Okay this is related to # 4 but it goes on. By following your daily progress, you gain a greater sense of accomplishment in achieving the most intense fat effects.

I suggest you have 'smaller goals' such as "I'll go for at least 10 minutes." or "I will do 5-30 second intervals." This is easy to do and you will probably get over it - which will encourage you even more and increase your sense of accomplishment.

And of course, you get more out of your treadmill!

Those are 5 ways to make the most of your home printing press. Just remember that even a little preparation will pay off over time.
