Nassasry is an area of Indonesia. Its popular capital, Ubud.


Nassasry has a long history. It was inhabited by nomads for many centuries. The city is famous for its royal palace, the Royal Palace, in Old Town is an important center of social activities. This is where they conduct important functions in their daily lives. In this palace are the main office of state, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, as well as the Police Department and other government agencies. They also have secretariat offices in various embassies, such as in Jakarta, in Medan, and in Brawa, all other capitals. Their police force is known to have conducted hundreds of raids, especially during the period when colonialists were occupying the region. During those times, however, it was usually not hard for them to defeat criminals and other criminals who had already moved beyond the city limits. Today, there are still high levels of violence in this country. There are many cases of crimes against women. Women here are always discriminated. Most female are denied entry into most government institutions. Many of their rights as females are violated or infringed. For these reasons, so it should be said that despite having a rich culture and beautiful natural scenery, the economy of the region does not provide adequate incentives for people to live healthy and peaceful lives. So what are the efforts of the government? I would like to draw your attention to the following initiatives, which I believe will contribute towards solving these many difficult issues.

The number of primary education centers in the country reached around 6.6 million in 2015, an increase of more than 7 percent from 2014. Of these, more than 3.7 million children were enrolled at school. Another 2.6 million were under 6-year age group. According to statistics provided by International Education Resource (IERS), 50 countries have been recognized by the UN Human Development Report for quality of education for over 12 years, which means all regions of Indonesia are eligible to receive support. However, the focus of policy makers on the education sector goes far beyond this year. As the world’s largest producer of teachers, managers and administrators of public schools, public universities, private academies, polytechnic institutes and technical schools, according to World Bank data, Indonesia ranks 8th worldwide in terms of the percentage of GDP spent for education across the globe by 2016. The most common areas with greater investment are Java, West Sumatra, East Java, Northern Sumatra, South Papua, Eastern Balikal, Sulu, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and Southern Sindah. Furthermore, between 2000 and 2009, the gross domestic product of Indonesian manufacturing production increased at an annual rate of 5.7%, ranking second among the top 10 leading economies of Asia. These statistics indicate significant growth of local economic activity and a solid demand for workers, goods and services produced here. Therefore, the problem that we face today is that despite increasing industrialization and modernization in industries, people do not follow any strict rules and regulation. This needs to be addressed, since this will affect our health. We are spending less on healthcare than ever before, which is bad for us because it affects health in the form of diseases like cancer or other chronic diseases. Some people may think that health insurance is too expensive because they usually pay with their own money. But as we know if you only have one cent of wealth. Even if you get lucky in life, it is good to remember that every success in life, whether big or small, comes at the cost of failures. Success is achieved through dedication and commitment. If you start achieving more than your desired objectives because of your high levels of wealth creation will lead you to lose your sense of control over your life and will eventually destroy your dreams and desires. When people reach their retirement age, it gives them some time to enjoy the luxuries that they have accumulated. After all, without money, nothing good can happen to you. However, even after the accumulation of wealth, one cannot ignore the fact that people should save enough so they can live secure, comfortable and healthy lives. Because they are aware of the health risks associated with unhealthy lifestyles and poor diet habits. Obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, etc. are the results of poor lifestyle choices and lack of proper food intake. People often go overboard by consuming excessive foods and drinking non-alcoholic beverages which contain very low amounts of nutrients, and not enough physical exercise. It is recommended that everyone should eat meat. Meat is good for the heart, liver, muscles and digestion. Eating meat regularly keeps the blood pressure stable, relieves stress and ensures a balanced diet. Likewise, dairy products and eggs are also helpful for the blood sugar control. Both of these foods are good for the body and make the day brighter.

If you really want to avoid unhealthy foods and excess drinks, then it is better to start eating a diet similar to Mediterranean Diet or ketogenic diet. This type of meal consists of fruits and vegetables, cereals and grains such as pasta, rice, lentils or bean stir fry. They normally take about 30–45 minutes to cook. One main benefit is that unlike regular diets, people don’t feel hungry when they eat these foods. This helps maintain their eating habits and eating habits. Since obesity and heart disease are caused by sedentary lifestyle habits, and lack of exercises such as the Mediterranean diet, a combination of Mediterranean diet and ketogenic diet can prove highly effective. By following a healthy diet and exercising regularly, they can improve both overall health and prevent illness.

The reason why I choose Healthy life style and Healthy living is that it is based on three principles. Firstly, there is no negative effect on their quality of life and health. Secondly, they keep a healthy mind, body, body shape and body image. Thirdly, they teach positive morals and values which are essential for good health. Nowadays our culture is focused on physical fitness and the idea of gaining weight. Many people do so by starving themselves for two to four months. Not many people realize that they should be physically active as well in order to protect themselves. Apart from physical exercise, being healthy and keeping a fit body can go a long way in maintaining good health and prevent illness. Healthy lifestyle is beneficial for you at any stage of life. Do not blame anyone about your health. Just try to change your body to look like you are healthier than others.
