 good afternoon everyone so I want to start today with question. but I show hands who is here exercises for at least 30 minutes a day five times a week that is impressive very good according to America proper heart association the recommended amount of exercise per week thus about 80 percent of American adults do not meet this potential recommendation they may stop for years of later health problems down the road so as a fitness expert one of the common things I hear it is I do not have time so let me tell you something about you guys time each of you has 168 hours in between per week and I ask for two and no half an hour outside of your church and why living a better life a healthier life or long life these are all the benefits that come with it exercise strengthening the lifestyle is not a fix it quickly this is something you should do just add to your daily routine such as brushing teeth or taking a showers my name is vincent lamb and I started exercise as a hobby I continued in school and succeeded in college and now I do it as a career this is how the strength of power changed mine life so I have five key points that I want to make Share with you guys today we all know that exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle


but something you never know-how it is important so these benefits may include reducing such serious health problems chronic diseases it may improve the functioning of your brain therefore a feeling that can make you smarter it can improve your mind too as emotional health and make you more direct as a person whether at school or even at work and the latter will make you more confident inside and out so many people exercise because or a they want to lose weight they want to look their best or they have health problems one of the reasons I started working except because I want to entertain girls but then I realized that it was only human beings that I was impressed with someboys in the gym

so over the years that changed now I run because i love the challenge I love its concept fulfillment gives me love I watch my body change but most importantly I would like to encourage and helping others so my first important point I want to address you guys today how exercise can reduce health problems such as these are chronic diseases listed above obesity heart disease diabetes hypertension osteoporosis and the list goes on so by showing hands who here knows or have someone with any of these diseases i just mentioned a lot so without proper cam blocking at all these diseases can be fatal more than a third of the population considered obesity can lead to many of these diseases I have just mentioned before however, all this can be prevented with proper nutrition and exercise so if you do that when you exercise and choose healthy foods what happens to your body you will wear the muscles to do your joints again the lines are stronger you will be thinner prone to injury and you will look better ten times you will also lose fat in areas that you do not want it as your arms abdomen your legs handles your love so not only do you lose fat on the on the outside, you will lose fat on the inside these fats surround us body parts and this is called visceral fat visceral fat can cause many of thesethe chronic diseases listed above are likely be deadly so I want to share with you guys a

my father actually kind of obese himself he was very unhealthy he was very poor food which led to diabetes high blood pressure high cholesterol as well the list goes on so in the years he did to choose the best food however from these two months ago he wanted to change his own life is better began to mix vegetables in all his food began food good sources of healthy fats have not been found good sources of protein in the only thing he released was carbohydrates he pulled out bread brought out rice and brought out pasta he even bore much fruit and ne the results were truly amazing she lost more than 20 pounds [20 kg]

he stopped taking most of his medication and stopped even taking his own insulin shot in combination

exercise and proper nutrition can be postponed something as sensitive as diabetes so he pulled out carbs because he was I have diabetes so I don't try to say carbs they are bad things to do you are sure to eat in moderation and making wise food choices

so my second point is I want to talk to you

guys today how exercise can actually do it yourself discreetly so when you exercise your heartbeats to pump more oxygen into your brain too throughout your body so by experience many clients I work with always forget how to breathe there exercise so to reap these benefits you have to make sure you are breathing with your nose and exhale through your mouth so when you do that your mind and body releases tons of hormones to do to provide a healthy environment for the growth of new brain cells it may also serve as an open first aid kit brain cells are damaged in a sense it is healing your mind when you combine your work the daily plan will prepare you the stress you experience all day long it will also increase the maintenance of your new information to improve your memory and giving better response to complex situations so it is not just a matter of exercising it makes you look better and makes healthier and it may make you more productive whether you are at work or school so the third point I want to make today is how exercise can improve your mental health so it's not just about how fast you can run or how fast you can run lift up exercise can improve your mental health as well it is important for the maintenance of the mind firmness so research shows that exercise can treating depression anxiety and depression and just drugs without the side effects, it is so here's why exercise works so well
